A number of CFYC Members were lucky enough to watch this historic even from Jane & James O'Neil's riverfront home.

The weather was a bit dreary, but the spirit of patriotism was bright.

Some interesting facts about the Navy's newest nuclear sub.  She is 337 feet; beam 34 feet; speed of 25 knots +; depth 800 feet; crew of 134 officers and enlisted men.

The Commissioning was held in Wilmington on May 3rd and several members of the Club were fortunate enough to attend.
